We are selling our annual van located in Lang Lang Caravan Park in Victoria. It sleeps 5, but there is room for more if needed. The van includes a shower and toilet, lots of storage, a BBQ area, and a covered area. The park is very pet friendly and offers great fishing and water views, located close to the sand.

The van can be used for 180 days per calendar year, with a maximum of 59 days stay at a time. Annual fees are just over $2900. Contact me via DM for further information.
