Inside, you'll find two queen-sized beds and a built-in double bed, along with a comfortable living area, an ensuite, a newly installed split system, and a separate kitchen with a gas two-burner stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceiling fan, and an outdoor BBQ.

The outdoor space includes a full flyover, one area dedicated for boat/car parking and a separate entertainment area with fake grass. Park facilities include a playground, jumping pillow, swimming pool, outdoor cinema, basketball/tennis court, animal farm, and a games room with kids' activities on weekends and school holidays. The park is also building a restaurant with decking overlooking the water and a new kiosk.

Fees are around $4,500 per annum (or by instalments), excluding electricity. Maximum of 120 nights per year with no more than 30 consecutive nights; not for permanent living. This caravan is not pet friendly — the owners are selling after more than 8 happy years.
