Much-loved beachside holiday van in McRose Caravan Park, offered for sale with everything shown included. The fixed onsite van sleeps 6–8 comfortably and features a fully functioning kitchen with oven, split-system heating and cooling, and a comfy couch that converts to a large double bed. A brand-new annex attaches for warmer days.

The park is family-friendly and has a recreation room with pool table, books and games, a playground, and shared toilets and showers directly across from the van. A family-friendly beach is about a 3-minute stroll away, and shops and cafes in McCrae are within walking distance. The caravan is permanent onsite and cannot be moved; the park is for holiday use only and does not permit permanent residential living. Annual site fees apply and cover electricity, water, bins, park maintenance, cleaning of shared facilities, recreation room access and activities. No pets are permitted.
