Everything is included — four TVs, two fridges, microwave, table and chairs, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle and toaster, oven and cook top, all kitchenware, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, BBQ, washing machine, external clothesline, external privacy/weather blinds, gas hot water system and a storage shed. There is also an outdoor entertaining area with an outdoor TV bracket, and plenty of off-street parking. All electrical and site works are council compliant. Fees are $703 per month with electricity charged quarterly, and the owner may stay 180 days a year. The park is dog friendly.
