The site features a large flyover covering the caravan and annex with space to park a car, boat, jet ski, or for outdoor dining. Sleeps 6 comfortably (with potential for more). Large caravan with a recently updated open kitchen and dining area; a bedroom with bunk beds; an annexe with a lounge and a bedroom with a queen bed; another smaller annexe with a queen bed. It has its own bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Comes with kitchenware, linen, and furniture. Garden shed at the back.

Located 8 minutes from Eildon town centre and 3 minutes to Thornton. Annual site fees are $6100, paid through to the end of June 2026. No extra fee for extras staying. No pets allowed. Maximum 140 nights per year, with a limit of 45 consecutive nights.
