We are selling our Jayco cabin located at Seaview Caravan Park in Phillip Island. The cabin sleeps 5, with a double bed and three bunk beds, plus a foldout futon couch. It has its own bathroom and toilet, and a brand new hot water system. Site fees are paid until September 2027. The park is pet-friendly with restrictions between 24 December and 10 January, and allows 130 days of occupancy per year. Park approval is required for the purchase.

Included are a microwave, hot plate, cutlery, plates, pots and pans, kettle, toaster, all linen and towels, BBQ, garden setting for 4, hairdryer, hair straightener, futon couch, heater and air conditioner, clothes hoist, TV, and cleaning products. The park features a heated pool and kids playground, and the cabin is close to the beach and boat ramp, about a 5-minute walk away. The cabin is in a quiet part of the park in a cul-de-sac.
