Also includes a washing machine, new TV, linen/clothes cupboard, near new gas hot water system, and a new reverse cycle air conditioner.

Park amenities include a pool, playground, BBQ area, communal showers and toilets. Located across the road from Fingal Bay Beach and only 5 minutes to Shoal Bay. Note: cutlery, plates, linen etc. have been removed as the owners have relocated vans within the park.
