An annual on-site van is for sale at the tranquil Seaview Holiday Park in Cowes, Phillip Island. This is not for permanent living — the purchaser must meet with and be approved by the park owner and will require a police check. Fees are currently paid until March 2027 for two people, with the buyer to pay the second half of the fees by 1 March. Yearly fees are between $6,000 and $6,500 depending on the number of people and the number of nights chosen (85 or 130), with the option to pay in two instalments; electricity and water are included.

The van currently sleeps 4 in a double bed and a sofa bed, with room to add bunks or other bedding. It is equipped with its own shower, toilet and vanity, so the park's two amenities blocks won't be needed. The kitchen includes a dining table, toaster, kettle, hot plates, a virtually new benchtop oven/air fryer, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Also included are a sofa bed, TV cabinet, three TVs (two indoor, one outdoor), an outdoor lounge, two pushbikes and a lockable storage box. The park is dog friendly except for a couple of weeks over Christmas and offers a great pool, a small toddler pool, playground, camp kitchen, laundry and two amenities blocks.
