The park is all about the lifestyle, offering a pool, waterslide and spa, two playgrounds, a tennis court, putt-putt course, two beach access points to Diamond Beach, tidy amenities including a family bathroom and accessible bathroom, picnic tables and BBQs, a winter fire pit, two wood-fired pizza ovens and a games room. It is a pet-friendly park with fees of $2,450 per quarter and owners may stay up to 180 nights per year. All purchasers must be approved by Park Management, and a cat cage, mobility scooter, cat coffee table and personal items will be removed before sale; everything else listed is included.
