Onsite caravan for sale at Jan Juc Caravan Park, Sunset Strip, Jan Juc, Victoria. The van comes with an annexe and a decking area, all under a flyover in a quiet court just a minute's walk from the park's showers, toilets, laundry, playgrounds and swimming pool. One car space is allocated, and the park is privately owned. The location is two minutes to the beach, local shops and the pub, five minutes from Torquay and its surf shops, and close to Winki and Bells surf beaches. Next door are a bike track, skate park, footy oval, basketball and tennis courts and many walking tracks.

Inside the caravan there is a queen bed, a fold-down table with seating for four that converts to a double sleeping area, a sink and tap, pantry and drawers, and an airfryer/oven. The annexe contains a set of bunks, a fridge/freezer, two recliner chairs, a smart television with Hubbl, a set of drawers and shelves, and a new portable cooling unit. On the deck there is a sewered toilet, a kitchen bench with sink and hot and cold water, a bar fridge, power points, a six-seat table with cushions, a Weber barbecue, an electric heater and two padded recliner chairs, plus a table and two chairs out the front. Extras included are crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, and a vacuum cleaner.

Fees are paid quarterly and run to the end of November, currently $6,276 per annum, which includes sewerage, electricity and water and is the cheapest in the area. This is a non-residential site; owners can stay a maximum of 45 consecutive days with unlimited visits per year. Dogs are not allowed in the park.
