On-site caravan and annex at Kangaroo Lake Caravan Park, a pet-friendly, family-oriented park just a short walk from Kangaroo Lake with a jetty, boat ramp, BBQ area and parking. The unit is set for holidays, available for up to 180 days per year. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 9 in total, with a full ensuite toilet and shower, gas hot water, and all furniture included. The living area features a new split-system air conditioner and fridge. An outdoor kitchen with an outdoor setting sits on synthetic grass with a large 3x6 marquee for shade. Parking is available at the side and storage is at the front of the van. Recently painted, walk-in walk-out.
