The van is perfectly positioned in the park facing right at the playground, making it ideal for families, and a beautiful river wraps around the whole park for floaties all summer. Onsite fees are $1,150 a quarter and the owner can stay 100 nights per year. There is also a personal driveway, so no shared parking.

The caravan originally had three beds; the third middle bed has been removed and a bench built in its place, leaving a double bed at either end, one with wardrobe space. The annex has a new fold-out double sofa bed. The kitchen was removed but everything needed to be connected is still in the van. There is no shower or toilet, however the public amenities are right next door, which is why a bathroom was never installed. The sale includes all furniture — full-size fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, hot plates, kitchen table, TV unit and TV, plus more bits and pieces.
