Located in Bushy Park Tourist Park, Cowes on Phillip Island, this on-site caravan is just 100 metres from shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets, and a short walk to the beach. Sleeps 6 comfortably (up to 8) with 1 double bed and a bunk containing a double bed and a single bunk, plus a dining area that converts to extra sleeping space. Features include a full ensuite, split-system heating and air conditioning, a large covered verandah, a 2-burner gas BBQ, smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen; designated car park beside the caravan and pet-friendly up to 10kg (subject to park approval).

Holiday use only (no permanent living). 120 nights’ occupancy included each year. Brand new compliant annexe due May 2026. Electrical and plumbing certificates supplied. Annual park fees: $7,700 (includes electricity and water) currently paid until Dec 2026. A 7% transfer fee is payable to the park. Inspection by appointment.
