Site 27 is located in the Eildon Waters private caravan park, set on 60 acres backing onto the beautiful Goulburn River, 10 minutes from either Eildon or Alexandra township and 3 minutes from Thornton's butcher, cafe and general store. A single annual fee of $6,100 applies with no further costs for visitors or others to stay and use the park facilities, which include 3 pools, a games room, BBQs, tennis courts, a basketball ring, a back paddock for motorbikes, and the large central pond with a water fountain.

This is one of the largest sites in the park and comprises multiple living areas plus a garage with internal access for storing a boat or car or creating further living space. The back of the site has beautiful views directly onto the lake, while the front accommodates parking for 2 cars with views to the mountains where snow can be seen on the peaks in winter.
