The inside kitchen includes an oven, stovetop, microwave, electric frying pan, sandwich press, pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. There are two full-size fridges (one inside and one outside), two TVs connected to an antenna, and a lounge area with TV unit, cupboard and couch. Other features include air-conditioning, a heater, an outside kitchen plumbed to hot water with double sink and continuous hot water unit, outdoor setting, two outdoor heaters (one gas and one electric), fire pit, wood box, outdoor shed, storage boxes and ample parking for a vehicle and boat. The park is pet friendly. Price is $32,500 ono. Electricity is a supply charge plus usage. Annual site fees are $5,100 for 120 nights and include 12 nominated people.
